Membership
Join or renew your membership with the Greater Cleveland Chapter of NOBLE.
Membership is based on the calendar year and remains active through December 31. All supporting members shall remain in good financial standing.
Annual Membership
Choose the membership level that fits your role
NOBLE GCC offers three annual chapter membership levels. Review the eligibility information and privileges below, then complete the New Member or Returning Member form.
OPTION 1
NOBLE GCC Regular Membership
$100 / Year
- Active members and law enforcement officers of a federal, state or local law enforcement agency, or other police agency.
- Persons employed in a position which by statute is empowered to exercise arrest and/or law enforcement powers.
- Permanent rank of Lieutenant or above, or an equivalent level of management responsibility.
- Retired persons who would have been eligible for membership had they continued serving in their former active capacity.
- Shall be entitled to vote on each matter submitted to members.
- Shall be eligible to hold office.
OPTION 2
NOBLE GCC Associate Membership
$75 / Year
- Active law enforcement and criminal justice professionals who do not meet the qualifications of Regular Membership.
- Retired law enforcement and criminal justice professionals who do not meet the qualifications of Regular Membership.
- Have the same rights and privileges as Regular Members.
- May not hold the office of Chapter President or Chapter Vice President.
- Have the right to vote for the Region 1 Vice President, National Associate Member Representative, and elected officers at the National level.
- Associate members in good financial standing shall be entitled to vote on all matters submitted to the Chapter.
OPTION 3
GCC NOBLE Supporting Membership
$50 / Year
- Persons interested in furthering the goals of the National Organization and Chapter.
- Persons who do not meet the requirements of Regular Membership and Associate Membership.
- Shall be entitled to vote for Chapter officials and all matters submitted to the Chapter.
New Member
Become a Member
Use the New Membership form if you are registering with NOBLE GCC for the first time or need to provide the new-member eligibility information.
Returning Member
Renew Your Membership
Use the Returning Member form to renew your Greater Cleveland Chapter membership for the current calendar year.
Active Member
Internal Reimbursement Request
Use this form to request reimbursement for approved chapter-related expenses. All requests must include itemized receipts. Reimbursements are subject to review and approval in accordance with chapter financial policy.
