About NOBLE Greater Cleveland Chapter

Thank you for visiting the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the National Organization of Black law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE). The Greater Cleveland Chapter of NOBLE is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization and like the National organization is committed to “Justice by Action”. The Greater Cleveland Chapter of NOBLE is an association of law enforcement practitioners representing more than 50 Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies.

The Greater Cleveland Chapter of NOBLE is committed to making a difference in the lives of the citizens of the great city of Cleveland and its surrounding areas by actively engaging the citizens and by being a community supporter. We plan to achieve relevancy state-wide by providing programs to combat crime and by developing innovative solutions for law enforcement concerns within our communities. NOBLE GCC also plans to help improve the quality of life in our communities by promoting training programs designed to educate law enforcement officials and citizens in the areas of Combating Crime in Various Minority Communities, Combating Sexual Exploitation of Children, Domestic Violence, and by providing educational opportunities for At Risk Children.

The Greater Cleveland Chapter of NOBLE believes in community service and believes that service is the backbone of any successful, viable, professional organization. Through our community service initiative we plan to create safer, stronger, and more educated neighborhoods. The Chapter has organized and participated in several community service events and has an aggressive annual agenda. As such, we need you. We encourage you to be a part of the solution and help us to help our communities to become better places to play, live, and work.
